DEMO CANOPY REQUEST FORM
We know that the only way to properly make a decision on your new canopy is by actually jumping one. No amount of marketing
hype or even recommendations from others can guarantee that you’ll be getting a canopy that is right for you. We strongly urge
all prospective customers to jump several types of canopies before making a decision. We’re confident that once you jump the
Nitro or Blade, you’ll insist on one as your next main canopy. Please fill out all fields in this request form and click "SUBMIT". We
will contact you as soon as possible to make arrangements for delivery of your demo Nitro or Blade canopy. We normally charge
$20.00 (plus $15.00 for 2-day shipping) for a two-week rental period; however, we are currently waiving the demo rental fee! If
you do not return the demo promptly after two weeks, we reserve the right to charge $5.00 per day until we receive the canopy.
If you damage or lose the canopy, you are responsible for the cost of repair or replacement. So PLEASE, jump the demo and
enjoy it, but treat it with care and return it on time.
